We believe that in the mountains, deep regeneration is what matters most. That's why you sleep on thick mattresses from the hotel collection Bosquo by Janpol — a class known from 5-star hotels. Multipocket pocket springs (approx. 500 independent springs per m²) provide orthopedic spine support and you barely feel the movements of the other person. The Visco thermoelastic foam layer wraps around the body, relaxes muscles and prevents numbness, while the viscose covers with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification are fully hypoallergenic and breathable. Whether you sleep on a comfortable 160×200 bed, a sofa bed or a hotel-style extra bed — you wake up fully rested every morning. The cabins host up to 7 guests in premium comfort.

How many people can stay in one cabin?

Each cabin comfortably sleeps up to 7 people. You have 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The area is 90 m².

Is the jacuzzi (hot tub) private?

Yes — each cabin has its own private jacuzzi on the terrace. No one else uses it. The tub is heated and ready to use all year round.

Is the sauna inside the cabin?

Yes, a Finnish sauna is located inside every cabin. You can use it any time, free of charge.

How many people can use the hot tub at once?

A maximum of 5 people at once. This is a safety rule we ask you to observe.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. We are flexible where possible — just write to us in advance.

What is the minimum length of stay?

Minimum 2 nights. During high season (holidays, long weekends) the minimum may be 3 nights.

Are the cabins available in winter?

Yes, FlowFort operates all year round. In winter, a hot tub under the stars in the snow is one of the best experiences. The cabins are fully heated.

Can I bring a pet?

Yes, with prior arrangement and approval from the property. The additional cost is 250 PLN per stay. The owner is responsible for cleanliness.

Is smoking allowed in the cabin?

No. A complete ban on smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes applies in all cabins. Violation results in a 1,000 PLN fine.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Disturbing the peace may result in eviction without a refund.

How far is it to Śnieżka?

About 25 km, i.e. 30 minutes by car to the trailhead car park. From here you're close to all the main attractions of the Karkonosze Mountains.

Is there parking?

Yes, each cabin has a free parking space. Access is convenient at any time of year.

Is there a lowest price guarantee?

Yes — booking directly through flowfort.pl gives you the lowest price guarantee. If you find it cheaper elsewhere, we'll match the price.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, bank transfer and online payments via Przelewy24 (card, online transfer). Full payment required before check-in.
